At Said & Sealed, we understand that preserving meaningful flowers is an emotional decision. Our goal is to make you feel confident, cared for, and fully informed before placing your order.
Because each piece is custom-made using your personal flowers or keepsakes, our policies are designed to protect both your memories and the integrity of our preservation process.
Returns
Due to the custom and personal nature of preservation artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
Each piece is created exclusively for you and cannot be reused or recreated for another customer. For this reason, delivered orders are considered final.
Our Commitment to Quality
We take full responsibility for the craftsmanship of every piece we create.
If we make a significant error that results in your project being incorrect, unusable, or not fixable, we will make it right by offering:

A full refund, and

A replacement piece where possible, at no additional cost
Your trust matters to us, and this guarantee exists to give you peace of mind.
Return Eligibility & Timeframe (only for eligible items)
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of resin flower preservation and personalized resin keepsakes, returns or exchanges are not accepted on all items, once an order has been delivered, except in cases of manufacturing defects .
Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for review.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your resin keepsake arrives with a defect caused by our workmanship or an error in production, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Once the issue is verified, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:

A repair

A replacement

A refund to the original payment method
In approved cases where the defect is caused by us, return shipping costs will be covered by Said & Sealed.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request a refund or replacement for an eligible issue, please contact us by email with:

Requests submitted without required details may be delayed or declined.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping Responsibility (for not verified defect)
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is caused by a defect or an error on our part.
We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is approved due to a verified defect.
Refunds and cancellation (before manufacturing)
Before We Receive Your Flowers or Preservation Items
If you need to cancel your order before we receive your flowers or preservation materials, we will issue a 75% refund of the total order amount.
The remaining 25% covers:

Design preparation and planning

Reservation of a limited monthly production slot

Initial administrative and operational costs
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
After We Receive Your Flowers or Preservation Items
Once your flowers or preservation materials have been received by Said & Sealed, refunds are no longer available.
This is because:

We accept a limited number of custom projects each month

Materials require immediate care and preparation upon arrival

Production resources are fully committed to your unique piece
Packaging & Protection Assurance
Every resin keepsake is carefully packaged using protective materials designed to minimize movement and reduce the risk of damage during transit.
We ship all completed pieces with tracking and insurance, and we follow strict packing standards to ensure your artwork arrives safely.
In the rare event that damage occurs during shipping, our shipping damage policy outlines the steps we take to review and resolve the issue.
Shipping Damage
If your finished piece arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We will review the situation promptly and work toward a fair resolution.

Claims submitted after 7 days you may not be eligible for review.
Once verified, we will assist with an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the extent of the damage and carrier coverage.
