How to place your order ?

Choose your product, size, and customization to options on the product page.

For applicable products (keychains, frames, car hangings), Must select one of the following options before checkout:

With Physical Items / Flowers preservation (Shipping Required)
Photo Only (No Shipping Required)

Depending on the selected product, orders follow one of the two processes below. Please read carefully to understand which process applies to your order.

if you choose option 1 With Physical Items / Flowers preservation (Shipping Required) please refer to PROCESS 1 .

if you choose option 2 Photo Only (No Shipping Required) please refer to PROCESS 2.

Process :1

PHYSICAL ITEMS/ FLOWERS PRESERVATION ORDERS

Orders That Require Shipping Items to Us.

This process applies to products that involve preserving real flowers in resin, such as wedding flowers, memorial items, baby keepsakes, resin blocks, frames, letters, keychains, or car hangings when physical items are used.

Step 1: Place Your Order

Choose your product, size, and customization options on the product page.

For applicable products (keychains, frames, car hangings), Must select this option.

With Physical Items / Flowers preservation (Shipping required)

Step 2: Receive Shipping Instructions

Once you are done with checkout, you will automatically receive a detailed shipping instruction email within 24 hours of placing your order.

This email includes:

Our studio shipping address in Alberta, Canada
Packing instructions based on your item type
Your order reference number (must be included in the shipment)

Step 3: Prepare & Ship Your Items

🌸 For Fresh Flowers :-

Ship flowers as soon as possible after your event
Wrap stems in slightly damp paper towels
wrap you individual flower or bouquet in bubble wrap to protect flowers during shipping.
cut the stem to small size.
Use a sturdy box to prevent movement

🌼 For Dried Flowers :-

Fully dried flowers can be shipped safely
Cushion with tissue or soft packing material
Avoid crushing or bending petals
try to keep a small box inside shipping box for extra protection

🧸 Baby Keepsakes, Toys & Other Items

Items must be clean and dry
Fragile items should be wrapped securely
Clothing, fabric, or small objects must be folded and protected

Step 4: Item Receipt & Inspection

Once your items arrive at our studio:

We log and photograph them
Condition is checked for suitability
You will receive a confirmation email

➡️ Preservation begins only after items are safely received.

Step 5: Preservation & Resin Casting

Flowers are professionally dried (if needed) and preserved
Items are carefully arranged and cast in high-quality, crystal-clear resin
Each piece is handcrafted
Natural variations in color, shape, and texture are normal and expected
Every keepsake is unique

Step 6: Curing, Finishing & Quality Check

Resin is cured over multiple stages
Edges are refined and polished
Each piece undergoes a final quality inspection
Photos may be taken for internal records

Step 7: Processing Time

⏱ Estimated Production Timelines

With Physical Items / Flowers: 2–4 weeks after items are received

Timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or based on design complexity.

Step 8: Secure Return Shipping

Finished pieces are shipped using tracked and insured shipping
You will receive a tracking number by email
Items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

Process 2

This process applied to those products in which you don’t have to ship physical items to us for preservation.
Or you choose Photo Only (No Shipping Required) while placing your order .

Step 1 :- Place your Order

your order by choose colour, size and customization option .
Make sure you choose Photo Only (No Shipping Required) Where applicable .

once we receive your order . You will automatically receive order confirmation email.

This email includes instructions for your photos.

Ensure your digital files are high resolution and clearly labeled with your order number
Blur picture are not accepted.
make sure you add your name and date (or any special message ) inside the email to add on your product (optional)

Step 2 :- Order processing

once we received your photo , name or any special messages, we start processing your order immediately.
Total processing time is 15 days after receiving pictures or all details confirmed.

Step 3 :- shipping

Finished pieces are shipped using tracked and insured shipping
You will receive a tracking number by email
Items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
