We currently offer shipping to customers across Canada and the United States, with secure, tracked delivery from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

If you are outside these regions, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm shipping options for your resin flower preservation or keepsake orders.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the service selected.

Canada: Standard shipping for custom resin keepsakes and preserved flowers typically ranges from $10 to $25 CAD depending on your location
United States: Standard shipping ranges from $20 to $35 USD depending on your location

Shipping costs may vary for express or expedited services. You will see final shipping charges before completing checkout.

3. Handling & Production Time

Each item is handmade to order, including resin flower preservation blocks , wedding bouquets, and memorial keepsakes. Production begins only after your items are safely received at our Calgary studio.

Order handling time: 1–2 business days after production is complete
Production time: 8-12 weeks

You will receive confirmation once your items are logged and inspected. Production times may vary during peak seasons.

4. Transit Time

Once shipped, typical transit times are:

Canada: 5–10 business days
United States: 7–15 business days

5. Shipping Methods & Tracking

We use trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx for all resin keepsakes and preserved flower shipments.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships

Customers are responsible for shipping items to our Calgary studio
We strongly recommend using tracking and insurance for all shipments to protect your flowers and personal items
Do not send hazardous, perishable, or unapproved items
Studio address is provided only in order confirmation emails.

7. Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. Said & Sealed is not responsible for delays during transit, but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues.
