Welcome to Said & Sealed. By accessing our website or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.


1. General Conditions

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province or country of residence. You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

Said & Sealed reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

2. Products & Handmade Nature

All products sold by Said & Sealed are handmade and custom-created. Due to the nature of resin art and handmade products:

  • Minor variations in color, shape, texture, or placement may occur

  • These variations are normal and are not considered defects

Product photos are for reference only and final products may vary slightly.

3. Custom & Personalized Orders

All orders are made strictly according to the customization details provided by the customer.

  • Customers are fully responsible for reviewing all details (names, spelling, dates, colors, photos, instructions, etc.) before placing an order

  • Once an order is placed and production begins, it cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded

  • Said & Sealed is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in the currency shown on the website

  • Prices may change without notice

  • Full payment is required before order processing begins

  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by such errors

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because all items are custom-made and personalized:

  • All sales are final

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted

  • Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, dissatisfaction with design preference, or customer errors

6. Production Time & Shipping

  • Production and shipping timelines are estimates only

  • Delays may occur due to high order volume, curing time, shipping carriers, customs, or weather conditions

  • Said & Sealed is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos/videos of the damage and packaging are required

  • Approved cases may receive a replacement or store credit, at our discretion

Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

8. Order Notes & Customer Instructions

Any instructions provided through customization forms or checkout notes are considered final approval by the customer.
We do not offer revisions or remakes once production has started.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, product designs, text, logos, and branding—is the exclusive property of Said & Sealed.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Said & Sealed shall not be liable for:

  • Misuse of products

  • Allergic reactions

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

11. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, apps, or shipping providers used through our store.

12. Chargebacks & Fraud

Fraudulent chargebacks or false claims may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Account restriction

  • Submission of evidence to payment processors

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the website.
