1. Processing & Production Time

All products from Said & Sealed are custom-made and handcrafted.

  • Production times vary depending on the product and order volume

  • Estimated production time will be communicated at the time of order

  • Production begins only after payment and customization details are confirmed

Please note that production times are separate from shipping times.


2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Shipping times are estimates only and begin after production is completed

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, carrier, weather, customs, or peak seasons

  • Said & Sealed is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and selected shipping method

  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

  • Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take time to refresh


5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

  • Said & Sealed is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address may require additional shipping fees to resend


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Said & Sealed is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier

  • We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues.


7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the damaged packaging and product

  • Approved claims may be eligible for a replacement at our discretion


8. International Shipping

  • International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, or taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import charges

  • Customs processing times are beyond our control and may cause delays


9. Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Unclaimed shipments

The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


10. Shipping Policy Agreement

By placing an order with Said & Sealed, you agree to this Shipping Policy and acknowledge that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
