  1. Design Consultation: We collaborate on the layout and aesthetic style based on your input.

  2. Preparation & Design: Items are meticulously cleaned and stabilized. Florals undergo organic dehydration to maintain structural integrity. Afterwards we plan the layout, materials, and style with your input.

  3. Precision Casting: Elements are encased in museum-grade, UV-stabilized resin using multi-layer techniques for maximum depth.

  4. Perfect Finishing: Every piece is hand-finished, polished to a high-luster shine, and undergoes a 30-point quality inspection.

  5. Secure Delivery: Your heirloom is white-glove packaged and shipped with full tracking to your door.

5.  How does the Design Consultation work?

We curate your bouquet based on your preferred style, selecting the best blooms to fit your chosen size. We hand-place each element to create a sophisticated Artisan View.

6. Can I see the design before it is cast?

Yes! Upon request, we provide a Design Placement Preview before pouring the resin.

• First 2 Previews: Complimentary (Free).

• Additional Changes: after 2 free previews design revisions fee is 25$ .

7.  How long does it take?
Our handcrafted preservation process typically takes 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design. We prioritize quality over speed to ensure your resin is perfectly cured and glass-clear.

Yes. Every project is unique. You choose:

11. Can I send multiple items or large items?Yes. We can incorporate multiple elements into a single casting or create a coordinated collection of smaller pieces. For oversized items, please contact the studio to discuss custom mold options.

Yes. We handle all items with extreme care. Fragile objects, heirlooms, and delicate flowers are securely processed to ensure they remain intact and beautiful.

Yes. Our Professional Intake Guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to secure your items for transit. We handle every incoming package with the highest level of care.

14. How do I place an order?
You can commission your piece directly through our website. Select your desired shape and size, and complete the checkout. Once secured, you will receive an automatic Studio Intake Email with shipping instructions and a request for any required items, photos or send you a bouquet intake and design preferences form.

16. How do I care for my keepsake?

  • Keep it out of direct sunlight for prolonged periods

  • Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth

  • Avoid placing heavy objects on resin surfaces.

17. What if I’m not satisfied or an item is damaged?

Yes. For major milestones like weddings, we recommend placing your order in advance to secure a spot in our preservation calendar.

For fragile or valuable items, we provide packaging guidance and, if necessary, insurance tips to ensure your memories arrive safely.
