Custom & Personalized Orders

All of our products are custom-made and personalized according to the customer’s specifications. Due to the nature of custom work:

  • All sales are final

  • Customized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or modified

This policy applies to all personalized details including (but not limited to):

  • Custom text or names

  • Photos or image uploads

  • Color choices, flower selections, or design preferences

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and quality control. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos of the issue and packaging

  • We will review the case and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion

Incorrect Information Provided by Customer

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer, including:

  • Misspelled names or text

  • Wrong color or design choices

  • Incorrect shipping address

Order Processing & Production

Once an order is placed and confirmed:

  • Production begins based on the submitted customization details

  • Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded after confirmation
