Shipping methods to send Your Flowers to Us: The Complete Guide

1. Alberta Door-to-Door Courier Service:- 

Skip the post office. We arrange a professional courier (Deeleeo) to pick up your boxed flowers directly from your home, venue, or hotel front desk.

• Service Areas: Airdrie, Banff, Beaumont, Calgary, Canmore, Chestermere, Cochrane, Edmonton, Fort Saskatchewan, High River, Leduc, Okotoks, Red Deer, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, St. Albert, and Strathmore.

• How to Book: Type "Door-to-Door Pickup" in the Special Instructions box at checkout.

• Note: The customer is responsible for the courier shipping payment, which is billed separately once the pickup is scheduled (Rates are between 10$-35$ based on the type of service you choose for it) .

2. Local Drop-Off (Calgary)

If you are in the Calgary area, you are welcome to drop off your bouquet at our studio.

• How to Book: Select "Local Drop-off" at checkout or put in special instructions box. We will contact you to coordinate a specific drop-off time.

3. Shipping (Across Canada & USA)

We accept fresh bouquets from across North America via overnight or express shipping.

• Recommended Carriers: FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post Priority.

• Packaging: You must follow our Step-by-Step Packing Guide to ensure your flowers arrive fresh and mold-free.

• USA Brides: We provide a customs guide to ensure your flowers cross the border seamlessly.

4. Bouquet Recreation (International/Overseas brides outside North America )

Because fresh flowers cannot easily cross international borders, we offer a recreation service for our overseas brides.

• How it Works: Send us high-quality photos of your bouquet. We will source the exact same flower varieties fresh here in Calgary to create your resin keepsakes.

Important Preservation information:

• The 48-Hour Window: Fresh flowers must be received by our studio within 24–48 hours of the event for the best preservation results.

• Keep them Hydrated: Always keep your bouquet stems in water until the moment you place them in the box for shipping or courier pickup.
