SIMPLE STEP-BY-STEP ORDERING PROCESS:

1. Reserve Your Date: Select your preferred arch size and complete your checkout online to secure your slot on our studio calendar.

2. Follow the Care Instructions: Once your order is confirmed, you will instantly receive our detailed guide on how to care for your fresh bouquet right after the ceremony and how to safely pack it.

3. Meticulous Preservation: We carefully dry your flowers in professional silica gel before artfully arranging them and pouring the resin layers.

4. Delivery of Your Heirloom: Your completed custom resin flower arch block is safely wrapped and shipped right back to your doorstep within 8 to 12 weeks.

Note: For optimal color clarity, fresh flowers should be dropped off or shipped to our Calgary studio as soon as possible following your wedding or special event.

IMPORTANT STRUCTURAL & DESIGN NOTES:

• Size Capacity Limitations: The Classic Arch is designed to showcase a curated selection of "hero" blooms and accent greenery. If you want a complete representation of a dense bouquet, we highly recommend upgrading to the Grand Arch.

• Remaining Flowers Policy: To maintain our premium standards, we only return the select flowers that successfully fit inside your custom resin design. Any unused components of the bouquet are safely composted unless additional matching keepsakes (like resin car charms or ring holders) are ordered or asked to return them back.
